Remnants of programs past

There are times when old hurts, programs and trauma tend to test you out to see if you really have moved beyond them. It’s like the final part of the new rewiring . It can be so subtle, creeping back in or around, giving you a whiff of the old fears and tendencies that held you bound and restricted.
But what to do when you feel that you have finished this program or wound only to find that it rears its head over and over again?
Suddenly you realise you have two choices, two pathways , two approaches . One will take you falling back into the spiral and despair of the old program and pain. This one will try to find external others or other circumstances to blame and there will always be plenty available. The other path or approach looks deeper and searches for the last remnant of self that has been bound by this wound or program, captured in a deep cave, calling out for rescue and release.
Is there another part of you at a deep level still waiting for rescue and wholeness? Can you hear faint calls ?
It would be easier to not have to look or listen; after all haven’t all parts already been rescued after all the work you’ve done? And yet you can somehow feel her and sense that something else needs attention.
Your mind cannot accept it. It wants to justify that you followed all of the directions and spiritual protocols for wholeness and retrieval.
The ego tells you that you’ve already past the test and makes you feel that it is a type of competition.
But the deeper aspect of you calls for you to merge with it and transmute it at yet another level if you choose to be totally free. Perhaps that new level is about not seeing it as needing healing, but in observing it with a new level of awareness, a higher view.
Are you being called to go deeper into another level of wholeness that now you may be ready for?
Sometimes we need increments of shifting. Gradual turning of mindsets and attitudes, repairs and clean ups because our system has developed such an attachment, a familiarity and routine with the program that it takes regular clean up sessions to completely resolve and to completely retire.
Sometimes the old programs even though they still maintain some level of pain, can feel safer than the the risk , strangeness or the freedom of the new. What is holding you back from the new and the complete wholeness you deserve?
What is hold you back from the best?
Suddenly new levels of deep inquiry come to the surface. You didn’t realise that you were holding onto that aspect of the anguish or program, and yet there it is uncovered. And its something that could not be uncovered until the initial section had already been excavated. You couldn’t have found this hidden part of yourself until the initial layers had been cleared away.
One main excavation is not always enough. If you have the courage, you can clean it, clear it completely with persistence, love and self observation. It takes determination and non judgement to. venture deep into the cave of your soul. It takes courage to look within at deep levels and yet you know that this is where the jewels lie. This is where the most valuable parts of yourself are hidden and protected . This is where you enter the cave to rescue this aspect of yourself and bring her back into the light of wholeness and freedom. Dare to go deep.
